As a Software Engineer working at NASA/KSC, Fl. Paul is responsible for
Application Development for the Space Shuttle Checkout and Launch Control System
(CLCS). Tools used for development are SL-GMS, "C", and
"C++" on a Sun Unix environment. The process includes inspections,
PDR's, CDR's, Validations, and User Acceptance/Implementation.
Paul has functioned as Information Management Inc.'s lead developer assigned
to the CLCS project at NASA/KSC, Florida. He plans, organizes and completes
assigned IT activities. He determines project needs, performs testing, and
writes documentation for each project developed. He implements creative IT
support strategies while maintaining and monitoring projects to ensure
achievement of targeted goals and milestones.
His expertise have proven invaluable to Information Management Inc.'s team on
the CLCS project. He met 100% accomplishment of all IT project goals by quickly
mastering new technology advances and developing strategic actions plans. He
increased productivity by developing UNIX scripts that would increase
productivity. He has received numerous awards for "Outstanding Performance,
Dedication, Leadership, and Hard Work".
Paul's passion for aviation earned him a commercial private pilot license and
his prior work includes the US Marine Corps as a Presidential Air Traffic
Controller. Paul has traveled extensively throughout the Orient to places such
as, China, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Taiwan, Guam, Korea, and Australia.
Paul has earned credited skills from Webster University, C++ / OOP - KSC, Fl.
Florida Institute of Technology, C and C++ and Unix Programming, and California
State University, Bachelors Degree, Major: Biology - Humboldt, Ca.
