Our Microsoft projects are managed by Kevin Tran. Kevin has over 10 years experience at a variety of companies in the IT industry. He is particularly strong in project management and customer relations. At Microsoft Kevin worked as a Development Manager for Alchemy Project Project which developed an extranet site with .Net Development tools for external customers. He was lead of a team of developers using Siebel Sales Enterprise Application tools to implement global sales automation systems for Microsoft's sales team in a distributed topology.
Kevin also worked at the Avio International Corporation, Florida as Technical Project Manager for the Patient Manager applications. He was leading a team of developers in designing a COM-based Scheduler (patient appointment scheduling system) and Demographics framework with n-tier Microsoft Transaction Server architecture. His duties were to Manage project scope and development schedules. Coordinated with product manager, product analysts, and developers in setting milestones for the delivery of product scope, product specifications, prototype, and code complete of the project. He would collaborate with graphic consultants in designing graphical user interface.
Other prier work included, Orlando Health Care Group of Florida as Software Developer to include programming two tier distributed client/server applications (VB3 & SQL Server): Scheduler, Demographics, Medical Records, Provider Schedules, and Patient Eligibility, Help Desk, and Decision Support. The application suite was featured in Info World's top ten client/server installations.
